We have a 30-day no cash return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or gift card.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is request a return and once its accepted immediately send the item you have back, then call us to place a hold on the item you want to exchange for. If the item you are returning is not received within 7 business days, then the hold for the new item is released.

Gift Card
Upon returning the item, you will receive credit in the form of a gift card .All items returned must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags still attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items considered "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged/returned. The gift card expires 30 days after the email notification is sent. If you do not hear from us within 5 days of us receiving your return, please check your spam box. If you still do not have an email from us please contact us. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced gift cards.
